PEBOGA (People Building Opportunity through Grace and Action) is a Madison, Wisconsin-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and families through mentorship, athletics, and cultural enrichment. Since our founding in 2004, we’ve served as a catalyst for strengthening the community by promoting diversity, resilience, and unity.
Our commitment became even more vital during the COVID-19 pandemic, when racial disparities and systemic inequities were brought into sharper focus. Recognizing the urgent need for inclusive and equitable solutions, PEBOGA expanded its partnerships and programming to support Madison’s increasingly diverse population.
Through initiatives like the Male Youth Summit, Next Level Park Street Music & Community Fest, the Health & Wealth Conference, and the Fall Gospel Fest, we collaborate with local organizations to elevate marginalized voices and provide transformative opportunities for growth and connection.
At PEBOGA, we believe in building a future where every individual—regardless of race or background—has the opportunity to thrive.
We believe that the prosperity of this country is inextricably tied to the health and financial well-being of its most vulnerable people. We know that increasing the accessibility of health and financial knowledge to marginalized men is a rising tide that will lift all boats.
