Male Youth Summit

The Next Level Workshop & Keynote Speaker Series (NLWKSS) serves marginalized male students across Madison and surrounding school districts. Through its annual Male Youth Summit, the program provides culturally responsive workshops and discussions that address the challenges disproportionately affecting African American and other marginalized male youth. Topics such as financial literacy, mental health, social media awareness, and conflict resolution equip students with practical tools for academic, social, and emotional success.

NLWKSS creates a foundation for students to build academic confidence, leadership capacity, and essential life skills. By fostering strong, authentic connections with Black male youth, the program helps reduce barriers that hinder personal growth and long-term achievement.

NLWKSS is committed to building bridges, expanding learning opportunities, and strengthening self-esteem. The initiative integrates students’ aspirations with the inspiration provided by role models, community leaders, and organizations that exemplify excellence — ensuring that every participant sees a pathway toward their own success.
